[BNW] Any one could help me update a mod?

Im making a map scenario on Civ V. And i want the European Union Civilization. I found one mod that has EU as a Civ. But its old so its not updated to BNW i guess. is that something any one here could help mee withh? I could even pay for an update to the Civ. Here is the file anyway.
