Looking for any stragety for emperor or higher level that does not involve chop-rushing the SpermAmids.

Try searching the Strategy & Tips forum and the succession games forum for threads with emperor, immortal, or deity in the title. You'll find plenty, and most of them are very conservative about wonders in general.
