I'm looking for a avatar change if it is not too much work and someone is willing?
 
No, not a new avatar. (hopefully it will just be a1 month christmas avatar)
 
Well I thought they took a bit of time to make? I wouldn't ask for one for one month only. It would be permanent if it was done well.

@Mrog - Eh, no one pays attention to what I say anyways so an avatar change wouldn't be a big deal. 'Cept people would listen to me again for a week or two until they realized...

From what I understand, Civ3 leaderheads take a long time and a lot of effort to make. Unless you're willing to accept a leaderhead that would be useful for something else in addition to an avatar for you (for example, a Civ3 mod), I doubt anyone would be willing to put forth the effort, considering AFAIK there isn't too much leaderhead production as it is.

However, I suppose most of the time and effort required for leaderheads is for animation; since your avatar would be a still picture, I doubt it would take a whole lot of time to create a 3D, Civ3ish still picture leaderhead.

But I'm sure we'll all miss your smug smilie avatar. As archer said, it's a part of CFC history. But whatever, it's just an avatar; plus a 3D picture of that smug smilie atop a neck and shoulders dressed in a military uniform with a diplomatic background would be pretty damn cool... :D
