Anyone want to play succession chess?

Basically just the same as succession civ, but with only one go each. I think that with teams of more than four each it would get chaotic and we'd wait for ages for our next go. I'd suggest UK vs US but GenghisK has gone to France and although Stormerne could probably win on his own even with 3 other jokers, the time difference could be a problem. We'd appear to have 2 ready-made teams with John and Neelax and Willem and Kira, but living together would make conferring very easy. I also suggest that in a sportsmanlike spirit we agree not to give other team members moves by PM (although giving the opposition the wrong move is allowed).

I don't want to go first when we've chosen teams because I only get the net at work and so can only use it Mon-Fri 8.30-5 GMT. There could be quite a wait for me over the weekend. Any volunteers gratefully accepted.

Oh, and in this game can we have some more frequent updates of what the board looks like to help those watching and playing (I can't put a chessboard on my desk to be honest)?
