Archmage upgrade

I thought that the Archmage upgrade button would appear on my mages once they reached level 6 but I can't see it. I have two level six mages and one level eight - what do I need to do to upgrade them to Archmages?

1. You need Strength of Will, IIRC.
2. I believe you need Metamagic IOT do the upgrade
3. You may also need Regeants.

If you have all three, please post a save game.

you need lvl6 and REAGENZ!
you cant upgrade without these resource

no you do not need metamagic only strengh of will (as for the upgrade themself) but you need Reagenz (worked by a road and a .. uhm plantage afaik)

Access to Metamagic mana is not necessary. (Ah, nm, I see now someone did say that already.)
