How does that work. I'm really enjoying a game right now using the CCMAT II mod. Can I still use it. If not, will there be a list on here of patch compatible mods?

NiGHTS will be in a couple of hours. Will be updated to include DLC - but obviously not Polynesia as they aren't quite released yet.

CCMAT II will take a bit longer to get working again, due to it being a mod compilation. I will have an updated version once Thalassicus updates his Balance mods. For future reference, you can follow these mods more closely in the Modpacks section of the Civ V area.
