So in the mod I'm working on, I'm trying to have a Foreign Support mechanic. Basically, there are some Civilizations representing superpowers with "Foreign Support" as a Free Advance.
My idea is that other Civilizations can't research foreign support but they can trade with those that have it in order to get it.
I assume the best way to do this is have "Foreign Support" as a None Era Advance, give it as a Free Advance to certain civilizations, and those civilizations can trade the advance as they please.
