Are small pics allowed in signatures?

Dear Mods,

Before I edit my siggy, I would like to find out if it is within the Forum Rules to have a small pic that meets the size requirements in your signature. I am also hosting the image, as all my recent images, on Imageshack. Here is an example of what I was thinking (a 635x65 image):
