When attempting to start a new game, I get a "/Art/Units/Russian Rifleman/Russian Rifleman.ini missing" error. Checked through all the downloadable zip files, and don't see the russian rifleman unit anywhere.
Also, the Patch 1 for Beta 4 link seems to be fubar'd.
I've been playing Steph's mod since its beta3 PTW era, and have recently formatted my computer and had to re-download the files from this site.
I however found a problem - The units in the .biq didn't match up with the icons in the units32 file. Some were just blank tiles, others where completely off the wall - tanks as foot troops, boats as planes that sort of thing.
So I dug about a few odd cd's I'd backed some stuff up on and for some reason I had two zip files, one of the mod file itself and the other of a units32... Odd but I thought I'd try them and see if they worked. THEY DID! If anyone else is having this problem after downloading the mod again, I've posted the two files on my website just in case.
Steph please don't cut your 1st mod shot. MAny will want to play it if they know how good it is like I do.
It it full of techs and units and pedia entrys and unique strat like units costing population. Stephs mod 1 is complete and playable . I will provide what updates later today (theres one guy who made it Conquest adaptable on here since the original was for PtW)

Moderator Action: What is the link between the request (ie Spannish or French version of the expanded editor) and this mod? Why bumping a 2 years old thread for that?
1) As this is a C3C version, it should work better with C3C than PtW...
2) If it says file not found, it tells you what is the missing file, this would help to answer you.
3) I've stopped working on this mod, and I have started a new version.
It is for C3C (hint: look at the two last words in the thread title).
The latest incarnation (Steph's mod 3) has more flavour and a different approach for unit lines, however it's only for the ancient & medieval era at the moment (I'm working on the second era), while the previous version was playable for the whole game.
