Arsenal complete the double

arsenal.good for them.im happy they won from the club from david "pussy" beckham.i hoped they tackled beckham a LOT!
congats to arsenal:goodjob:

As a Man U fan let me offer my sincere congratu......thbbsppp!!! Rubbish, have some sour grapes! The whole thing stinks!
Phillipe - Beckham has been out with a broken foot for quite a while and won't be fit until just before the World Cup.
But Arsenal didn't lose an away match all season, that's an incredible achievement!

Anyway, Man U are awesome, and we've won the league for the last three years so I guess it's time to regroup.
Bah! Humbug!

Who cares about Arsenal. The real story is that Liverpool will finish second. The greatest team in English football history are finally back in the title race. And best of all Man Utd will finish three (first time in the Premiership) and will have to go through a qualifying stage in the Champions League. Personally I think this is due to the appalling season one Mr Ferguson has had. I mean Veron was the worst buy of the season. So in conclusion well done Arsenal, thank you Liverpool and ha ha Man Utd.

Man Utd's problem wasn't Ferguson or Veron. It was the fact that we sold Jaap Stam and Ronny Johnson, Wes Brown, David May were all out for long periods with injury. We bought Laurent Blanc but he didn't settle down in defence until after christmas when he played brilliant. John O'Shea also had to play in centre defence and he is still quite inexperienced.

So all season we didn't have a settled back four and that is the reason we didn't win the championship.

When you look at how many goals we scored the other teams should be dreadin next season when we get are defence together.

Arsenal is the best team in England :D
I love them, and I don't really care if they are half French.
They own manchester, I betted on 3 cans of coke that arsenal will beat man u on home court with a friend... and now I am also happy cos we took the championship and I won 3 cans of coke
:D

Your best player is Chris Powell and he didn't even get into the England World Cup Squad
Chris Powell?? Charlton have tons better players than him. For example, Mark Kinsella - going to the World Cup with Ireland.
I love them, and I don't really care if they are half French.
Considering that you are not English I wouldn't have thought you could complain. Also shouldn't you support Tottenham since they are the most Jewish club?
we sold Jaap Stam
And who made that decision? Oh that is right Ferguson. Just accept it Ferguson has lost it. He was very successful (although no where near the greatest manager in England) but his time has come and all Man Utd fans should accept that. Also Man Utd success has been based mainly on their ability to develop promising young players i.e. Beckham, Giggs, Scholes, Butt, Nevilles etc. However for the past few years there has been no-one of outstanding quality been produced, I will accept that Wes Brown is good but he is not outstanding (and lucky in my opinion to go to the world cup). Ferguson has tried to overcome this by buying in talent but the players he buys in are not players with personalities that would question Fergies decisions. This rules out the world's great players and is why Man Utd will have trouble regaining their former glory.

My tip for the Premiership next year? Liverpool.

Man U should sell Johnsen. They can't afford to have a player on that on their wage list - three games, then out for ten games, then twenty minutes, then out for five games, etc., etc., etc. ad infinitum. Don't know who would want such an injured player - even though he is one of Europe's best defenders when not injured.

Congrats Arsenal, really well away game (Old Trafford is tough), and credits to all their players (especially Ljungberg, who has played a major role in the past month or so).

Next year, I think Man U will return to the top, but will be challenged by Arsenal, Liverpool and Leeds (watch out for their youngsters! They are coming now!)

"Just accept it Ferguson has lost it"
Possibly, but I'm glad he's stayed on because all the big managers ruled themselves out - if you'd said this a year ago, you would have been laughed off the forums - we haven't finished below second place in ten years! - now it's a little different, there's a distinct possibility we may come third! Disaster!

Ferguson sold Stam because he slagged off other players in his autoboigraphy. So Ferguson sold Stam because he was disrespectful to his teamates. Selling a world class player because of morales shows a very strong character.

Freedom of speech is not protected in England

Seriously now, Ferguson is the most dispicable person on earth with all of his FAILED attempts on psychological warfare with the brilliant and most genious manager on earth Wenger.

I mean, a week ago Ferguson said that manchester are the best because they scored most goals....
How lame is that

Alex Fergusons Record:

Champions League - 1999

European Cup Winners Cup - 1991, 1983

FA Premier League - 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001

FA Cup - 1990, 1994, 1996, 1999

Worthington Cup - 1992

European Super Cup - 1991, 1984

Charity Shield - 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1999

Scottish Premier Division - 1980, 1984, 1985,

Scottish Cup - 1982, 1983, 1984, 1986

Scottish League Cup - 1986

Don't tell me Arsene Wenger can beat this record becasuse he can't and never will.

Scottish premiership isn't such an achievement...
Worthington cup is minor.
Charity chield is also minor.
about 7 championships in 13 years... it depends on the rivals.
Before wenger came arsenal weren't really competition, and when the "old" arsenal started falling apart it took wenger time to re-adapt the team and to get new players.
I think that if wenger stays as much as ferguson he can and will beat ferguson's record.
