I was just making you aware that some of your ideas are already in the mod and once the property is in place those plus other not mentioned could have the property aplied to them too.

And specifically not all things have to replace the other building. It might make more since if the high luxury buildings just were unlocked and the city could have both types.

Yeah they would have both types, and it's a limited range.
