Artillery should get no penalty against Tanks. A Greek Artillery can blow up a strong Panzer tank in one hit. Artillery has always been more powerful than tanks.
The Greeks should get bonuses against tanks as well.

I bet a Greek tank (or anything for that matter) wouldn't look great after a German artillery strike either. How about artillery only has the penalty when attacked by a tank at point blank range?

True, but Greek tanks are light!

Artillery need a near/direct hit to knock down a tank, a "chance" hit can occur, but you'll need a massive concentration of artillery fire to stop a tank assault I suppose.

What about the 88mm? The operator had great aim and it cost the British heavily in El-Alemein. British Matilda 2 tanks, mind you!

That's an anti-air artillery used as anti-tank gun, I see the in-game artillery as field artillery used for indirect-fire.
