A strange bug. As you can see from the attached screenshot, there's something wrong with the graphic for Saila. More significantly, I attacked Saila with a unit that had >99.9% odds to win and the game crashed. I reloaded saves and tried to attack her with different units that had those same odds and the game always crashed.

I've also attached a saved game.

I did try going into WorldBuilder to change Saila's nationality from Hippus to Illian but didn't see an option to do that.

EDIT: To continue the game I went into World Builder and deleted Saila, then gave her to myself with the same promotions she had previously. Absent the bug I would have defeated her and she would have joined me, so I didn't think this was cheating.

Not exactly a bug, more like some minor issues.

Playing as the Illians, I founded and adopted White Hand.

I acquired Sun Mana from controlling the Mirror of Heaven, but my Arcane units can't cast Scorch. I know the Illians benefit from Taiga, Tundra, etc., and automatically terraform in that direction. Still, there are situations where being able to cast Scorch would be useful for them, specifically to clear ice from coastal water tiles, so they can make those tiles useful.

Similarly, when Auric Ascended turns territory (I think the equivalent of a BFC) to ice, he also turns water tiles into ice, which makes them impassable. This isn't really a benefit to the Illians, since they lose the ability to work those tiles, and their ships are now trapped. Maybe they get some small defensive benefit (enemy ships can't sail through the icy water), but not being able to work those tiles seems a huge price to pay. Maybe this is intended as a balancing thing, since Auric Ascended is so powerful. On the other hand, the design philosophy of the original FfH2 was, as Kael put it (paraphrasing from memory), if everyone is overpowered then nobody is overpowered. I don't know if there's any easy fix for this, or if people think it needs changing, but just thought I'd bring it up.


On a completely separate note, I noticed that the higher-level Master promotions for Arcane units (Master of Alteration, Master of Divination, etc.) are not auto-acquired, the way the lower-level Master promotions (Master of Fire and Water, Master of Law and Sun, etc.) are. I know the higher-level Master promotions are pretty powerful, but it takes a long time to get there, so might be worth considering making them auto-acquired as well.

Revision 356 is out. It is the start of the no crash experiment. Dll was reverted to the one from revision 85 ( the multiplayer stable version) , augmented with small features and fixes of stuff i've found during testing. The larger systems aren't in there anymore (temporarily), but i need more testers to notice the bugs and missing features i've missed. Also we have a new leader for the mazatl courtesy of Ambulatory Cortex

Well, so far so good with Revision 356. I was able to activate all the modules I wanted and start up and play several turns successfully so far. With the previous revision I had to disable, among others, the Chislev Expansion -- I wasn't able to test every possible combination of modules so I don't know what specifically it conflicted with.

My current active modules are the following: Advanced Workers, Arachnophobia, Black Duke, Chislev Expansion, Churel, Dao, Dural, Dwarves, Emergent Leaders, Everchanging, Flight of Drakes, Fortifications, Frozen, Lizard Art, Magister Ashes, MOM Buildings, More Events, Node Yields, Noggormotha, PPQ Effects, PPQ Flavor, PPQ Navy, Scion Healthcare.

Out of the default modules I've disabled Hamstalfar. I used to disable the Frozen module, but since things like Mulyalfar Elves are tied to that module I decided to enable it and instead block the Frozen under the Restrict Random Civs option.

I used to have Crime Balance Test and One Potion enabled, which I had forgotten, so inadvertently disabled them this time around. I'll enable both to see if they cause problems.

I didn't enable the Coaxoch module, not knowing what it was, but from your previous post I'm guessing it's the new Mazatl leader, so I'll try enabling that to again see if it causes problems.
 
Okay, activated some more modules and was able to start without a crash. Only problem was my settler seems to have spawned on a tile occupied by a Barbarian unit, so I have no starting settler.

I made a mistake in my earlier post: while I do have the Frozen module active, I disable the Frozen via the No Liberation option in a custom game, not with the Restrict Random Civs option.

If it matters, my Custom Game Settings are the following: Raging Barbarians, End of Winter, Wildlands, Blessing of Amathaon, Living World, Wild Mana, Feral Mana, Mana Guardians, No Liberation, All Unique Features, Realistic Culture Spread (I know it's not working, but it's enabled by default so I kept it), and Broader Alignments. And I use Restrict Random Civs to disable the Legion of D'Tesh, since I don't like playing them and the AI doesn't play them well.

Revision 357 is out. near everything that's been reported here or on the discord has been fixed ( added a log for the koun issue, hopefully it'll narrow down the bug).
It's not save compatible with 356 saves. Reports of people playing multi indicate that 356 is as stable as the current multiplayer version. If it's confirmed, 14.11 will be retired soon

Only the default modules are enabled: Black Duke, Dural, Frozen, Hamstalfar, Magister Ashes, More Events, PPQ Effects, PPQ Flavor, PPQ Navy.

After installing Revision 357 I started a Play Now game of regular BtS, then exited and started a Play Now game of AoE, where I saw this in the civilopedia. Had there been no issues, next step would have been to enable the modules I wanted and start another Play Now game, then if there were no issues I would have started a Custom Game with the Game Options I prefer. That's basically what I do with any new SVN Revision.

Getting a WoC hang when I hit "Enter." It's possible you eventually get to the next turn, but after waiting several minutes I gave up, since it shouldn't be taking this long at this point of the game.
