Asking for some help

I've hit a bit of a wall in trying to tinker with making a mod. Basically comes down to, I'm not the most tech savvy and the learning curve for figuring out how to fiddle with DLL files feels more like a brick wall I can't get past.

Anyhow, is anyone up to offer their services to do some tinkering on my behalf? I think its relatively easy things implement and I would be more than happy to compensate someone for their time.
