Executive, Senate, and House are taken over by the Democrats; but on the up-side, at least America doesn't have to see Palin presiding over the Senate for next 4 years. It would have been epic if Democrats had 60 seats in the Senate; then, it's only matter of few years before America turns into a Socialist state.
Since Democrats completely dominates the government, they won't have anyone to blame if they can't pull through. Then Republicans will win for sure next election, and if not, America gets better economy. Win-win.

Emperor Shaka XXII woke up from an odd dream. Was it a nightmare? Or an astonishing vision of things to come?
Later that day, the Emperor had to go to meet his staff to discuss all sorts of Imperial matters with the wisemen of the tribe. The wisemen were used to the extremely long and boring speeches of the Emperor. But this time he started his speech very unusual...
"I had a dream...
Someday in the distant future, a son of the Zulu Empire shall rule a vast Empire across the Great Divide..."
The wisemen of the tribe looked up in wonder, puzzling faces? What does he mean? What Great Divide? Time will tell...
...and the Emperor continued his speech...

The Political and Military Organization of SPARTA
Did I say awesome? I meant AWESOME.
At the top of all of SPARTA was the Awesome Monarch, the first one being King Leonidas XXX. He had executive, legislative, judicial, and awesome power that overrode everyone else beneath him. As his lieutenant is the Awesome Administrative Associate, who had similar powers and could, in fact, take charge of the state while the Awesome Monarch was away. To keep the Awesome Administrative Associate at bay, it is customary to have his life under constant threat by his constantly-cycling bodyguards, which has secret agents born and raised under the tutelage and awesomeness of the Awesome Monarch (these Agents of the Awesome Monarch also serve as the Awesome Monarch's bodyguard).
Beneath the Awesome Administrative Associate was the Circle of Awesome Associates, which was further subdivided into the Spartan Circle of Awesome and the Greek Circle of Awesome. The Spartan Circle was responsible for legislation but whose voices had precedence over the Greek Circle. The Greek Circle was delegated minor, day-to-day things, but also had the right to judge everyone beneath them (unlike the Spartan Circle, which can only judge members of the Greek Circle).
Under those Circles were several regional Circles, each being divided into the Minor Spartan Circles of Awesome, and the Minor Greek Circles of Awesome, which functioned like their non-Minor counterparts but at a regional scale. Under them were platoons of Warriors Bureaucrats, who wrote on papyrus scrolls with their spears and their own blood.
As for the military, all the generals come from the Agents of the Awesome Monarch while all the lower commanders come from the Spartan Circle of Awesome and the field commanders coming from the Minor Spartan Circles of Awesome. Warriors come from plebes but upon becoming so they attain a class above the plebes and are treated equally as the Warrior Bureaucrats (indeed, some Warrior Bureaucrats work as Warriors). Slaves in the military are called Cannon Fodder.
