Austria Review - Unique Abillity, highly exploitable?

I love the Diplomatic Marriage mechanic, I wish all civs had it.

It could be fun if there was a sort of tug of war amongst the major Civs for these kind of deals. But under it's current UA form is quite unbalancing IMHO.

I think all civs should have the option to buy out a city state they have been allied with for some time (maybe 20+ turns on normal speed) - the cost should go up with the city states population and Austria should have a nice 50% discount on it.

I really HATE having to invade a CS that was a trustful ally for 50+ turns, just because someone else always tries to take them away by using spies/bribes and I can't afford 500+ gold every odd turn or an enemy behind my lines, kidnapping my workers.
