Per edict of the Habsburg's it is now official that the Austro-Hungarian Empire officially is in a state of war with the French Republic.

All other diplomacy shall be held in private; Austria is not one to be seen publicly begging for support... a dubious skill at which the French seem most adept.

To Austria's accurate assessment of international protocol, I can only add the point that Kitten was described in the press release as the nuisance, Napoleon IIIrd, not the more impressive Emporer Napoleon I.

Or in hindsight, stoopid!!!

The line between creativity and lunacy is so fine, there are some who say there is no line at all!

Also since the Austrian diplomatic office is now closed to France, all correspondence between the two will have to come through a third party neutral state. Perhaps Switzerland?

A few things:

Russia seemed a little confused regarding switching his Army and Navy around in the Rumania/Sevastopole area.

Some wierd abbreviations this season! Just to be correct in the future, but we all know what they meant
