Thank you, but please if you can do it less blured, it will be perfect!

Impossible, the reason it was blurry was because of the compression artifacts in the original, so if you have a better quality original I could make a better one.

I tried manually reducing the blurriness.

Can I get a transparency on this? For some reason, I can't get it to work on the Gimp. I don't want it resized, I just want it all transparent except for the head and the body.

LLxerxes, to make it transparent, if it doesn't already have an alpha channel, it won't make it transparent no matter what. To make it transparent, make a transparent layer underneath the original and then cut the background.

Yeah, and the GIMP does this very very easily. In simple terms:
Create an alpha channel

Select the area to be made transparent

Make it transparent.

Then you must save it as a png or gif as ghostranger said above.

EDIT: Screenshots added

Avatarize this please

Yeah, I'm back once more to annoy you talented people.

I'm asking for either one of these, whichever one is easier if anyone attempts it. (I'de prefer the first, but I'd accept the second.)

#1-

Request: I'm asking that the words be removed, the background switched to black, and then avatarized.

#2-

Request: I'm asking that the colors of the background be removed and replaced with a solid white background.

Thank you.

@Ghost Ranger
Is the watermark just less obvious, or can you actually remove it?
I've never known how on Photoshop, if its possible.

Well, I thought I'd take the effort to try and remove the words, worked quite well, and with a little more time, I think it could be made perfect! I used the clone tool, and the smudge tool. Here's the result:

Then avatarised it is probably the same, but the rose is a little sharper.

See, thats what I always have to use.
I was hoping there might have been an easier solution!
