I think that was me that asked about temples. Not only do I not know which buildings are flagged in the Less Corruption mod, I keep forgetting that you have it. Just don't forget about specialists. They bring in uncorrupted stuff, too.

A good Civ is one that's Militaristic and Industrious, you can just spit out the military. A good Government is Monarchy which can support the troops. Also, one with Bronze working from the start so you can get Spearmen and Iron Working ASAP

I'm pretty stagnant too. I've been able to win only with Rome, Greece, and China, but have won a lot with them. I also made a lotof points on another civ, I forgot what it was though.
