Bash/Panzar

Hmmm... Bc3 makes little sense to me... you have to explain that move later... I guess I'll grab another pawn to compensate for my knight. I'm starting to get quite a few passed pawns. :)

21. Qa5, Qc6
22. Bd4, Ra4
23. Qd2, Qxf3
24. Kxb2, Bxg4
25. Rdf1, Qc6
26. Rhg1, Bf5
27. Rc1, f6
28. Bc3, Rxh4

Again with the Bishop... Preparing Nd4?

21. Qa5, Qc6
22. Bd4, Ra4
23. Qd2, Qxf3
24. Kxb2, Bxg4
25. Rdf1, Qc6
26. Rhg1, Bf5
27. Rc1, f6
28. Bc3, Rxh4
29. Bb4, Qb6

OK, I'll explain you my bishop maneuvers. I've tried to create fortress for my King (on black squares). It is created now. Then I can go for your King ;) Catch it!

21. Qa5, Qc6
22. Bd4, Ra4
23. Qd2, Qxf3
24. Kxb2, Bxg4
25. Rdf1, Qc6
26. Rhg1, Bf5
27. Rc1, f6
28. Bc3, Rxh4
29. Bb4, Qb6
30. c3

Yes, your King seems to be pretty safe now. But just to be on the safe side I think you'd better throw in a rook or two in defense also.

21. Qa5, Qc6
22. Bd4, Ra4
23. Qd2, Qxf3
24. Kxb2, Bxg4
25. Rdf1, Qc6
26. Rhg1, Bf5
27. Rc1, f6
28. Bc3, Rxh4
29. Bb4, Qb6
30. c3, Be4

Protecting the voulnarable d5 square, as well as the e pawn. Who would you say have the better position now? I can't really say... But I expect to be ahead in material soon.

I know that you know.

I was looking for a good square to put my Queen on, but I can't seem to find one... Then again, not moving it is hardly an option.

31. a4, Kxg7
32. a5, Qb7

The one move that seems to avoid losing a pawn in the very next few moves. At least, I hope so.

f5 was the first move I thought about, but then I spent a good hour or two considering d5. I'm still not sure if d5 is the better move... I guess a continuation would go something like 35. Rce1, d5 36. Ka3, e5 37. Nc5, Qc6 38. Nxe4, Rxe4 39. Rxe4, dxe4 40. Rxe4

I lose a pawn but I think this is a pretty good position. You'll have some trouble using your Bishop against my four Kingside pawns without exposing your King.

Considered Rg2 too, but Rxe4, Rxd2, Nxd2 doesn't look that great.

31. a4, Kxg7
32. a5, Qb7
33. Rge1, h5
34. Re2, Rg4
35. Rce1, f5

In the end, I went with f5. At least I'm not giving away a pawn with that. I think. If 36. Qd4+ I'll play Kf7. If 36. Qe3 I'll have to think some more. :)

I thought you would go with Nd2 after moving your Queen... guess I was wrong.

31. a4, Kxg7
32. a5, Qb7
33. Rge1, h5
34. Re2, Rg4
35. Rce1, f5
36. Nd4, d5

If Ne6+ I will play Kf6.

38. --, Rxc5 will of course fail because of 39. Qd4+
Howcome nobody will comment on this game? I think it's one of the best ones I've played on a message board. I'm still not sure if I'm ahead or behind.

31. a4, Kxg7
32. a5, Qb7
33. Rge1, h5
34. Re2, Rg4
35. Rce1, f5
36. Nd4, d5
37. Ne6+ Kf6
38. Nc5, Qc7
