Best digital video camera?

Hi, I'm looking for a camera that can record video to MPG or AVI format. Preferably pretty cheap and with reasonable quality (best than those little Kodak cameras for example) and for reasonable duration (at least 20 minutes).

Any ideas?

I don't know about recording into those formats but there is a good digital video camera in the Sony VX2000 that is easy to operate and delivers broadcast quality images. This is a good low budget option you might want to try but you'd have to convert the format later.
