Easily SNES, the time period many refer to as the "Golden Age" of gaming. With classics like Super Mario World, Zelda: LttP, Super Metroid, Crono Trigger, and Final Fantasy 3/6 which are highly esteemed even today, there is no way it's anything other than the SNES.

SNES: For the same reasons Silverflame said, It's just an overall awesome system.
GB/GBC/GBA: For setting the standards for handheld systems everywhere.

The SNK consoles have the wrong name. They are called Neo-Geo.

Not all are neo geo actually, i have one! For me i love Neo Geos/SNK's as they were far more powerful for the time-they were let down by price and no third party developers

What other consoles did SNK make? I know there was the Neo Geo MVS/AES, the Neo Geo CD, Hyper NeoGeo 64, and the Neo Geo Pocket and Colour

I voted for NES, SNES, Sega Genesis (Megadrive), Playstation and Playstation 2. All great consoles.

I voted for Super NES and Gameboy Color. I probably should have voted for the original Gameboy, because it was the most important (and is the reason the Gameboy franchise is the most successful on the market), but I have a GBC, so I picked that.

Super NES is, by far, my favorite system, and, after getting a Sega Genesis recently, I'd have to say it is better.

Zelda 1,2. Mario 1,2,3. Tecmo Bowl. Ninja Gaiden 1-3. MegaMan 1-6.
etc...

Has lots of other good classic games.
