Best ideology wonder?

What's the best ideology wonder? By ideology wonders I mean the Statue of Liberty, Prora and Kremlin.
They all give a free social policy among what is stated.

My opinions on the 3.

Freedom grants ability to build the Statue of Liberty which grants +1 per specialist. I myself consider this the best of the 3.

Autocracy grants the ability to build the Prora. Autocracy already has a lot of happiness but the Prora adds even more with 2 and one more for every 2 social policies adopted. This will grant a lot of happiness with tall empires since they will have a lot of social policies (Especially Montezuma). Wide empires will still benefit but not as much. I consider the Prora the second best.

The Kremlin gives 50% bonus to armor units. I haven't actually built the Kremlin (In BNW) before but it sounds kind of good. I really don't build armor units that much. But it does get bonus points since the quote that comes with building it is awesome ("The Law is a fortress on a hill that armies cannot take or floods wash away.").

That's pretty much the order of the best ideology wonders that pretty much all experienced BNW players can agree on.

I don't know about that. I think Prora is arguably better than Statue of Liberty in that it is more crucial for a warmonger to get sources of happiness (arguably Autocracy provides a lot, but with ideologic pressure it can still be tough) than it is for a tall player to get those extra hammers. Both are very strong but I would put Prora above Statue of Liberty here.

The Kremlin also gives a free social policy, and it's worth getting just for that, especially considering that the opportunity cost of building it is generally somewhat small late game.

Still, I'd rank SOL #1, Prora #2, and Kremlin #3. In a traditional autocracy empire though (large with a lot of puppets and militaristic), Prora is better than SOL, because specialists lose value while going wide, autocracy doesn't have huge specialists bonuses, and warmongers have to consistently fight unhappiness issues. The statue is better for traditional freedom empires though, considering freedom has so many specialist bonuses already, and freedom works best for tall empires that work a ton of specialists.

All three ideology wonders grant a free social Policy, so if we compare them Kremlin is still the worst.

Statue of Liberty > Prora > Kremlin for me. In case of Prora it's partially because it requires a coastal city - not that hard to get, but still a constraint.

If Kremlin and Prora switch ideologies then Kremlin could arguably be top. Its bonus synergizes very well with lightning warfare of autocracy. Carpet of doom tanks is the fast way for domination.

Kremlin sucks. If I take Order I will not likely need all those tanks as I will be busy building infrastructure. If I wanted to invade everyone, I will take autocracy.

Autocracy is obviously based on fascist societies with a tendency towards invading, while Order is based on the soviet union, but the Kremlin thing seems to assume that the Soviet's policies of invading everywhere is common for all Order countries, which it is not. China for example has a big army but is not in the business of invading. Many socialist countries around the world are quite peaceful. Kremlin should do something else. tanks are silly.

sadly landships with 60 strength take about as much tech as the plastic tech, which contains the 70 strength infantry and the most important research labs.

since tanks cost so much tech while being on a "bad" tech path, tanks are bad, and by extension, the kremlin is bad.

I can only agree with what has been said. Prora and SoL are better than Kremlin, but its arguable which of the two is better.

I prefer Prora because I find happiness management to be the main issue in late game, but thats possibly because of a predisposition towards war-heavy games.

I like the Kremlin.... but I agree it's the weakest of the three. Given that Order is so bloody strong though, I can't be too bothered by its merely okay wonder.

I do like tanks though. Bombers can shove off - it's all about mechanized warfare, baby!

I don't think you have given tanks enough shots. You got a point about the research tree, but in the field tanks are way better than infantry; lategame warfare is all about mobility. Being a tank that can hit, pillage 1 or 2 times is 10x better than a slow 2 movement unit.
Thusfore, the Kremlin is not that bad if you are playing domination lately on pangea.

If it applies to all cities then I rank it number 1 then followed by the statue then followed by prora (only because it requires a coastal city I actually prefer its bonus over statue). yeah I agree kremlin would be good if it was in autocracy. Lightning warfare is better for tanks than the kremlin

Prora and Poland is a pretty nasty combo... In general though I'd say SOL>Prora>Kremlin. This can obviously vary based on circumstances. Don't let Kremlin's relative weakness compared to the other two dissuade you though; Order is ridiculously strong, and getting a free social policy in it can be huge.

The Kremlin does only apply to the city it is in. Yes, it sucks. 50% production bonus isn't even that massive if you already have a Factory, and Order has hammers coming out of its ears anyway. And of course you need oil and you need to fight to get any benefits. The other two wonders work under any circumstances. You build the Kremlin for the free Social Policy, and because you have tons of hammers, and that's pretty much it.
