[BETA] Great Prophet plunders trade route?

My embarked great prophet just passively plundered an enemy AI trade route - thought non-combat units cannot plunder?

On the other hand, I had an embarked COMBAT unit and moved it onto the enemy AI's cargo boat but the plunder button did not come up. But it was on the cargo boat's route so next turn it plundered it.

Dennis reported in this post that the "civilian units can plunder trade routes" bug has been fixed but not in time for the most recent beta build of the patch. Should be included in the final patch.
