[BETA] Losing gold at 0 GPT?

In my game in the new beta patch, I noticed that even though the top bar said I was at 0 GPT, I was still losing 1 gold per turn. When I moused over it, it said that I was earning 7 GPT and losing 8, so that was correct anyway.

Sorry if this has been reported before, but I couldn't find any relevant threads about it. Also, I don't have a relevant save at the moment, so I can't post one. If it helps, I noticed this problem before the beta patch, but I probably forgot about it.

Do you have any saves from soon before you noticed the problem, even if not from the exact turn? Also, do you have a screenshot that you'd be able to post that demonstrates the issue?
