Better AI vs Unofficial patch

I know the list is probably long, but what are the MAIN differences between Better AI mod and Solver and Dresden's unofficial patch?

Do tanks have barrage here? (I have played with the Unoff patch for a while, and I like that they don't. Don't even remember how it is in the official patch.)

Is the AI better at overseas wars here than in the Unoff patch?

I've seen some worker and governor improvements in the changelist here which I liked...

Oh wait, I just read on the download page a comment that said you already included the unofficial patch. Is this true?

The unofficial patch does little to actually improve the AI, it just fixes bugs. And as Cybah said, the unofficial patch is included in BetterAI anyway.
