Better BTS AI + 50 civs DLL

I can't seem to find anything on merging these two mods. The problem is, is that both mods use the CvGameCoreDLL.dll, so is there any way to combine the two?

You can download the source code for Better BTS AI and change the number of playable civs to 50 and recompile it.
