Better PBEM Middle Ages Conquest Needed

Come on, help me out.

I want to play the Middle Ages Conquest as a PBEM with my brother, but the problem is, the Multi Player middle ages conquest sucks. No Burgundy - no ROME in the Middle Ages? No Bulgars, Magyars, or Poles. No Norway, no Fatimids, no Cordovans. Etc. Ridiculous.

For what reason can we not play PBEM with the full flavor of the stand alone? And is there anything like a mod that addresses this?

I doubt you're going to find anything this in depth for c3c and if you do, it will be in the C&C section..
