I must admit, the playability (is that a word) dies the death once you've done it a second time (or a first time in your case Cleric )

I've done the two different 'ethical' choices given (lets be honest, should have been more). This game had potential, not saying it was a brilliant game, it was but there just wasn't enough to make me pick it up alot and go 'oh aye, this rocks'

The third is basically same as the second(evil) except that the good doctor uses a sadder voice.
