Blocking spam on Gmail...

I'm sure there is, but i can't remember, is there a way to block spam from specific sources on Gmail? Someone used my email to sign up for a few dodgyish sites and now i get about 10-20 spam emails from them a day (about 3 sites it looks like). So can you block the site which is sending these spam emails to me? Or will i just have to put up with it?

NOTE: I know this is really basic but my minds bust recently.

You could create a filter, and just have it automatically deleted. Or just report it as spam every time you get one.
