What is the reasoning behind not accepting embassies? Also, on video #1 you were wondering why your caravan didn't pillage that trade route, but he actually did and you didn't notice. It's around the 2hr mark. Anyway, really entertaining video. It's fun to see how people are playing this game.

think is mostly superstition - I have the fear neighboring AIs will settle towards me and then hate me for being in their face if they "know" where my capital is .. I don't have a logical explication for that - I'm sure is mostly superstition ..

I don't think that's far fetched. In my game I would not give Napoleon my embassy because I felt if he had it he would come settle right next to me. He did anyway, but I kinda feel where you are coming from.
