Bonus CD Missing

Just for those who ordered from Amazon, I did get my bonus CD, actually it was shipped prior to the game itself. (I didn't recieve them until last night, my wife gave them to me for my Birthday), but the Bonus CD came in on the 5th, and the game arrived on the 11th. It was pre-ordered from Amazon though around the 18th of October.

So... Should we contact by PM or email, and, in either case, what user name or email address would we be sending it to.

i bought mine through eb games and no cd from them .. they have no clue and point the finger to atari so i emailed corporate and eb corporate pointed finger to local eb store eitehr way i got shafted .. but i learned my lesson NO more preorders for me

I have been most unimpressed with Amazon. Here is the response I received to my e-mail:

Thanks for writing to us at Amazon.com.

I have checked into the promotional offer on the manufacturer's web
site. While Amazon.com is an authorized dealer of Civilization 3:
Conquests Expansion Pack we are not a participating dealer for this
particular promotion.

I do apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may
cause.

If they had said that I had to add the CD to my order, that it was not automatically added to the order, then I would have said "I screwed up...it's my fault." But they are actually denying that they even participated in the promotion! [SARCASM] At least they were polite. [/SARCASM]

Amesjustin, are they asking you to return the game, so that they can send you the game + bonus cd? If so, then I would forget it...it's not worth it. As others have said, you can download most everything on the cd from here.

I am just upset with Amazon because they didn't deliver something that they said they would (and now are denying that the thing even exists).
