Official patch. The only gotcha is that Aspyr is no longer selling SMAC, so QA'ing it is considerably lower on their todo list than, say, the half-dozen other patches I've got lined up and ready to land. ;-)

One of the odd but nice things about leaving Westlake is that I suddenly find myself with a 2-week window where I really have nothing better to do than work on the odd EverQuest patch and archive up all my stuff to prepare for turning it back over to Westlake. This has left me with a lot of time (and motivation) to get to all these things that were always lower priority than, oh, getting paid.
