Broken Font

I need help on my Civilization V..
I've just installed it on my computer, DirectX 10 or 11 version Crash
DirectX 9 not crashing, but when I'm playing, it shown a corrupted font (unreadable)
Here's my Computer specs taken from dxdiag :

I've reinstalled, no different...

Intel GMA 965/X3100 or Radeon X1nnn graphics card, right?
If yes, then read this thread to find a workaround for the problem.
