BTS 3.19 patching

Hi, I uninstalled this game a while back and it used to work well but now I cannot seem to get the 3.19 patch to install.
I patched Civilization IV to the latest version and then patched Beyond the Sword to version 3.17 but I can't seem to install the final patch, once I click "install" on the patch program it just closes and nothing occurs.
I have the CD versions of Civilization IV and Beyond the Sword and I never had this problem when I first installed the games.

The problem is probably, that there are still references to 3.19 on your computer left.
Uninstall Civ, clean then every reference with this tool, and try to install it again.
