It seems that I was dumb enough to merge the AI from this mod for Totally Replaced Leaders Redux before 1.00 was released. Does this mean I have to rebuild the entire mod from scratch, or can I just add in the new tags manually? (The victory weights are the only new tags, right?)

The change log should tell you everything that changed, there were only a few XML changes if that's what you're concerned about.

Would you think there occur problems when installing the newest BBAI release on top of Legends of Revolution ? I'm not able to try it right now, just planning on doing so during the next few days.
LoR is using BBAI 0.84 right now and the improvements in BBAI 1.0 and 1.01 sound great.

That will not work ... the source code has to be merged, and then the DLL has to be recompiled. It's not easy if you've never done it before.

When working with Windows - no. I know the process in theory but don't have the necessary tools installed. Too bad.
