Also, Ptolemy Soter would be actually good on the military spectrum, seeing as he was Alexander's right hand man in battle.

Yea, Rameses was a jerk IRL, but in coding he's a nice guy. I guess they couldn't really make him much of a zealot due to the lack of an egyptian faith?
I'd like to go and redo the base game leaders. At least a few. I mean look at Sitting Bull.

I based Ptolemy off of Alexander, but tried to make him a bit more reserved (bit lower chance of total war, less likely to attack over a rejected deal, etc.)

Actually, funny thing?
In the film that really hammered in this belief in popular culture, The Ten Commandments, they got the names switched up. Yul Brynner is playing Merneptah, whereas Cedric Hardwicke is actually playing Ramesses II (and not Seti.) It's made obvious by the alleged accomplishments they claim Seti had.

All of the Greek stuff is finished! So that means it is time to finish Module Pack III.

I will go as fast as I can on that one. Unfortunately Salamasina and Kamehameha may have to wait to get retextured because I can't seem to do it (at least Salamasina) and nobody has volunteered. So once I'm done wth Module Pack III I will release it and then start work on the mod and the upgraded modules. I have decided not to upgrade the modules FIRST because it will just be a waste of time for me and will only delay the mod further.

I also need to move on to 3.19 to get it updated, and YES the new mod will be for 3.19. I'm pretty excited about moving this thing forward and moving on to the next mod.

Sorry, only Gilgamesh. Sargon reminds me too much of Hammurabi, so I decided not to include him. He doesn't look original enough to me.

Firstly; nice work Madman. Although in the case of Cartimandua I would say to lay off the druidic stuff just a bit. Or at least tone it down because she is not a druid herself, but is wearing a cloak like a druid. So basically I'd just take the parts where she refers to herself as a druid, i.e....

"Merry meet, [CT_NAME]! I am [OUR_NAME] of the [OUR_EMPIRE]. Do you seek peace with us or should my fellow druids go ahead and sacrifice you to the gods when Samhain comes around?"

Just edit that one to say...

Now some rather bad news, at least from my perspective. My friend from Oregon is staying with me and while I was at work he decided to play some civ MP. In doing so he upgraded to 3.19 somehow so Diplomacy doesn't work anymore , the unfortunate outcome here is that its going to be difficult for me to finish the last module pack without looking at the game. So what I am going to have to do is work on it and then send it to someone who still has a working Diplomacy mod and have them look at it and correspond with me as to what changes need to be made. Its kinda lame but that's the process we're going to have to follow.

What I have decided to do in the meantime is just start on the mod. Its going to require a lot of work, but I am going to get started on it tonight. Don't expect much too soon though. I'll keep you guys posted on what is going on as usual.

But anyone want to volunteer to be the MPIII playtester?

Alright, you're getting your first assignment. This is the Apache module. You need to DL it and let me know when you have done so. I am pretty sure you know what to do as a playtester, so give me all of the feedback you have. I need the following specifically though;

1) You need to make sure each unit looks right, even a minor issue needs to be reported so I can fix it if I need to. Screenshots would help in this regard.

2) Make sure the UU and UB work sufficiently. If they suck let me know why, and what I can do to fix it.

3) Make sure all of the gametext and pedia text and everything makes sense.

4) Let me know how the leader traits and personalities work out (this will require you to play as and against the Apache).

Other than that just let me know about anything you personally think needs to be altered, fixed, or improved. Thanks. Good luck.
