Its been a while since anything has happened here. Is this mod completely finished, or could we still make some requests? I'd love the ability to make certain improvements only available to specific civs, without needing to give them worker UUs which could be captured and used by other civs anyway.
(I'm still hoping that I'll be able to convince Xienwolf to include this and JCultureControl: Beyond City Borders in Fall Further and also to have him release a stripped down version of that mod containing all the necessary C++, python, and schema but not the actual new content, for me to use as a base for my modmod.)
