[BtS Mod] European Empires: Bts

I bought Civ4 in 2005 and that was the only version. Then I bought Warlords, but never heard about Vanilla or BtS. I've understand they are expansions, but are they to be bought or are they free? And how do I get them?

Acantus, Vinalla is the original version of Civ 4. Beyond the Sword (BtS) has been released 3 months ago.

You can buy BtS in a shop. It costs around 20 / 30 euros or 30 dollars.

Vanilla is the word used to name the original version. Its following the "logic" that "vanilla icecream" is the "original icecream". Which is wrong, but close enough.

an update or something?

I have been up with portugal... I dont have much in the way of suggestions. If we are going with accuracy, it would be nice to have some way of focusing on exploration and not necessarily colonization.

Also, when I load up the mod in game when I go to scen or custom scen there is nothing there, but the four maps are in the PrivateMaps folder of the mod folder. this has come up in other mods and I still havnt figured out how to fix it >.>

the byzantines were at a later era but still i know what you mean .. but hey its a game haha who said anything about games being accurate

If someone who isn't ArbitraryGuy were to upload the mod onto the internet, I'm sure he wouldn't mind us poor folks like us who only recently got BTS can't play the sequel to Vanilla's best mod ever.
