BTS on Minimum specs?

My 'puter meets the minimum specs for Vanilla and Warlords and I've been playing successfully since each came out. Of course there's lag, I'm using all the minimal graphics settings, and devoted about 1Gb to the Virtual memory... but it still plays (and without some of the issues that I've seen people with much better computers post about).
Anyone else in a similar situation and have been able to play BTS? I'd really love to get it, but don't want to lay out the cash unless I know I won't push my poor computer over the edge.
P.S. I KNOW I need a newer computer...please don't post the always helpful "Buy a new computer" answer...if I could I would but I can't so I shan't

I don't feel like BTS uses that much more processing power than the other versions. If you're happy with your Warlords performance, I see no reason why BTS would make you unhappy.

PS - Sounds like you need a new computer

Try turning the audio off - since audio *does* use up performance cycles.
