BtS refuses to start after uninstalling Warlords

So I just wanted to free up some hard drive space and uninstalled Warlords only.
However, whenever I attempt to run BtS now, it will fail with "failed to initialize python".

I tried turning on python exceptions in the ini and that seemed to show 2 python scripts in particular failing.

Any idea what I can do to fix this?

reinstall BtS.
The game requires some Warlords files - if you have Warlords installed prior to BtS it takes that - if you don't it installs a mock Warlords install with only the files it needs. Uninstalling Warlords after installing BtS messes this up.
