I've just downloaded the mod and everything worked great. Thanks deanej for all your hard work.

Just wondering which senario can allow player to play as capt. picard? And also which allows me to play the borg.

Gonna be playing this for a long time in mulitplayer with a few buddies.

Picard appears in both Klingon Civil War and Yesterday's Enterprise but is only playable in Yesterday's Enterprise. I had intended for the Borg to appear in both Kazon Unification and Hirogen Hunters but they got cut when I was designing the maps. They will appear in 2.0 in The Galaxy scenario as a very powerful force.

I was looking for the Yesterday's Enterprise scenario, but couldn't located it, but I do have all the other scenarios. Pls advise.

Yesterday's Enterprise was added in the 1.19 patch; if you have that patch it should show up. It shares the ST Klingon mod folder with the Klingon Civil War scenario.

ok how to install this mod? I do everything what was write in the readme fils but I can't start.

Once installed you start either by using the shortcut (if civ is installed in the standard location) or going to Advanced -> Load a Mod -> Star Trek.

Thanks deanej for you help. I found Yesterday's Enterprise scenario.....I thought I installed the 1.10 patch, but actually didn't.

I love this scenario in particular due to the fact that the map is small, with only 2 players and give me an opportunity to learn the basic of the mod. Nice indeed...and I love your choice of soundtrack too.

Quick question....while playing the Yesterday's Enterprise scenario I noticed there are starbases everywhere, when I sent around 10 starships to go up against one, it took out all my ships. Is a bit too powerful...or am I doing something wrong?

Maybe. Before attacking a Starbase, you need to bombard it first.

I've released the 1.19 patch on the first post. It has the following changes:
Suliban Stealth Ship limited to 3 allowed
Adjusted unit AI for units that start with cloak
Klingon Bird of Prey limited to 5 units (affects AI only; humans can build unlimited numbers)
Romulans get more starting units in Klingon Civil War scenario
Klingon Bird of Prey required Integrated Deflector, not Transwarp Development Project
Added Yesterday's Enterprise scenario

I noticed with the main mod that for instance the Klingons and Romulans start without the ability to build Light Is; I'd suggest limiting this to Bajor, which frequently appears in the top of the score list. I would also suggest limiting the availability of the Cloaking Device to these races; otherwise gameplay will be quite unbalanced, I think.

@JEELEN: In 1.19 the Light I should be allowed at the start for everyone. However, for 2.0, it will require Photon Torpedoes (as is reflected by the preview in the mod forum) but the Warp 5 Ship and Warp 7 Ship will be added to fill in the gap.

Yes, sorry: I was actually commenting on the Preview 2.0 version. (It puts the Klingons and Romulans at a severe disadvantage.)

I been playing it since I found out where to put all the files.
Just trying to find out where to put the scenarios so I can try them.
This is an awesome mod it combines Star Trek which I love with the best computer game ever made so you rock keep you the good work!!
If i could find out how to play the scenarios that would rock thanks!!

The install the same way as the main mod (as they are really separate mods). They can be run by going into the main mod and selecting "Play a Scenario".

Im getting an error whenever I try to load the mod: missing CivIVTerrainPlaneInfos.XML

Any sugestions?

Try copying Civ4TerrainPlaneInfos.xml from Mods\Final Frontier\Assets\XML\Misc to Mods\Star Trek\Assets\XML\Misc. I don't know why it wouldn't be there in the first place, but fortunately the versions of the file for Star Trek and Final Frontier are identical so you don't have to reinstall if that's your only issue.

I have tried the scenarios and I get video is all pink and distorted is there a way to fix that. I get get a regular game going but no scenarios. Or games where I can adjust the anything I hope this can work out it's becoming one of my favorite mods wish they had you developing a Star Trek Civ type game that ran the whole thing of Star Trek kind like the Star Wars Empire at war game. or like the old Masters of Orion game except with the Star Trek universe.

Yeah, still no dice. The file's aren't missing, it just gives me parsing errors (I tried copying the file from Final Frontier anyway)

I happen to be one of the unfortunates who has a copy of BTS that will not load the patches no matter what, regardless of whether I do it manually or not....

Any other things I should try?
