BtS start problem (Steam)

worked just fine yesterday but today i went to start it up this morning, i got the "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time." message. said screw it cause i had to go (family and i went to see Eclipse in IMAX). came back couple of hours later, still getting that same message. ive restarted steam in offline then going back online, exited steam and restarted it, nothing... gonna uninstall it then re-install it and see if that works...

also, i use Vista and the only mods that ive got installed are FfH2, the attitude icons thing and BlueMarble

nvm uninstalled it, went outside (gasp! lol) while it installed, came back, it worked

I've had that message with Portal. A re-boot solved it in my case.
