Alright, after some difficulties I have ported over the Tech Tree Editor to work with BtS v3.19. The RC1 has been sent to testers and if nothing glaring is out you should see a link for it soon.
I saw your Civ XML Editor... very interesting. I had started up a similar mod, before I disappeared, that would have let your edit almost the entire game through the game (units, techs, promotions, unit formations, etc.) I just got burnt out and had to stop. It was a mammoth project for just one person...
So in your Civ XML editor, Do you remove all dependency objects in the XML files if someone were to delete a tech?
Given that the last activity in the thread (before you posted) was 10 years(!!!) ago, I expect this to be discontinued and a release will never happen.
