[BUG][.275] Ramses declares war but his troops remain in my territory!

Bonsoir,
As I began to play Civ5 I noticed that it was not possible to take advantage of open boarders to set up an attack in the ennemy's territory and then declare war (the units were automatically moved outside the ennemy's territory after the DOW)
But Ramses can do it! He concluded open boarder with me, entered my country and DOWs me now, but his troops were not moved out of my territory (see below)

Is it a bug or is it a breaking change of the gameplay?

You're right that DoWing should knock the units out of the territory. Please post a savegame so this can be confirmed.

As I tried to find and replay a saved game, I noticed that it's a display problem in fact; the game moves the units too quickly so that you may not see them going outside your territory and reenter it immediately to attack!
I always said in an other thread that we need a "replay slowly" button for AI attacks ;-)
