BUG : Blocked game after peace treaty

I am playing Brazilia and I just had a war against Poland. We just signed a peace treaty : I give him back his towns Wroclaw and Cracovie against freedom for Erevan and Hanoï. When I was proprietary of Wroclav, I was supposed to start a new construction but instead I gave the town back to Poland...

BUT : the game still ask me to build something in Wroclaw !... BUT : I can't because Wroclaw is no longer mine !... So the game is stuck and I am super sad because I was about to win.

This is well-known. The only solution is to reload an autosave from before you return the city, select production, and then return the city.
