Bug - Diplo hit from incompatible Social Policy doesn't update with revolution

I'm playing a game as Carthage. I originally took the first step in Autocracy, but then decided to swap to Order (and ate the turn of revolution) the next time a Policy became available. I'm now fully developed in Order with no Autocracy policies, but have the following wierd/buggy diplo relations:

Japan, who loves Autocracy, gives me a diplo bonus for being Autocratic. I even got the cutscene with Toku telling me how great Autocracy is.

Everyone who's not Autocracy has the diplo hit with me, saying they like xxx but I chose Autocracy!

hopefully this will be fixed. I'm sure they forgot about the revolution part because usually people don't switch like that.
