Bug Reports and Technical Issues

I would need a save to reproduce this. A solution might be to choose not to switch to Byzantium, play one more turn as Persia, and then switch to Byzantium using Ctrl+C.

In my Vedic India game, 1.16.8, the Mughals didn't spawn.
This is the save file before 10 turns of original Mughal spawn date.

No Colombian spawn (unstable vassal Peru - is the Colombian respawn conditional?)

Ah, you don't even need to play another turn, just not switching so you can click the victory prompt and immediately switching works.

I played Spain last week and I like the changes. There is an UHV error where gold / silver from your vassals that you trade and / or demand from them do not count towards the UHV. Sorry I do not have a save for this. El Escorial works correctly for the gold/silver that you trade / demand from them though.

Cheers

Just played a Spain game in the most recent release. In 1810 and 1814, when Mexico and Colombia spawned, they both flipped, even though I was at Solid (+32) stability and was the only civ with cities in their birth areas. I believe this is a bug.

When playing as Polynesia, I did not fulfill the conditions of the first UHV by the deadline, but after fulfilling the conditions late, the goal was marked as complete. Since I didn't have saves, I restarted the game and was able to replicate the issue. Saves from 800, 810, and 820 attached.
During the original game, playing until 1000 AD without settling all four did successfully fail the second goal.

Okhotsk is not considered part of the Siberian coast (check the tooltip). To connect to Vladivostok, the railroad needs to be within your territory.

Mediolanum should be Milán under spanish control.

Pagan should be Pukkam under tamil control.

Sometimes the description of the "Discover Technology" ability of the great peoples shows that its possible to have two techs, but after selected the ability, I receive only one of them, while in the other has been filled only some tech points, but not stating these in the text description in an clear way.

Playing a modded 1.16.6 (a couple of leaderheads and wonders added) so ignore if this is fixed already.

Guadalupe Basilica is buildable on the British Isles, it seems that Great Britain and Ireland are counted as a separate landmass from Europe (where Saint Peter's is built in normally). I guess this is not intended? I always thought Guadalupe's restriction existed to ensure it gets built in New World.

Have you only added wonders in XML? The wonder ID is also a constant in the DLL and is being used to check the location constraint for Guadalupe Basilica. So if you did not adjust DLL constants and recompiled then this likely is no longer working correctly. Another way to safely modify XML is to only add new entries at the end of the file, because it does not affect the IDs of existing items.

You have to tell me what you think the issue is.

It seems from looking at the screenshot that Mexico spawned while the Aztecs (vassals of the player) is still alive).

Save ten turns before the spawn would be most helpful then.
