Bug with Internet wonder

I completed the Internet in a single-player game, but I did not receive all the technologies I should have. I checked the availability for everything just beforehand, and I got 6 of the 7 that I should have from the most advanced competitor, but I did not get Mass Media. I know for sure that Caesar had it because he build Hollywood .

UPDATE: About 15 turns later, I was suddenly granted Mass Media (right after Caesar built the United Nations). Weird. But still a bug.

FYI, I'm running v1.52.

Apologies if this seems obvious but I have to check; You are aware that TWO other civs have to have the technology before you get it from the Internet? Did anyone else have it other than Caesar? Sounds to me like as soon as he'd built the UN he sold it to another civ, or someone else researched it independently, at which point you got it.

Oh! I feel dumb now . I had read the in-game description incorrectly... I figured it meant that I could have all the technologies from my two best competitors. Wording is kinda vague. Thanks for the explanation!
