Bugs Noted with CEP v3.2 beta

Started a game today as the Zulu player using CEP v3.2 beta, and noted the following bugs:

1. No promotion symbol tooltips showing on top of the military units,
2. No CEP version number showing in the Palace display in the city info screen,
3. No strength increase happened when units earned a promotion, and
4. A CTD happened at turn 173.:cry:

Was also using several other mods at the time, but do not believe they were interfering with CEP.
 
I'm currently adapting just simple data edits for BNW. The features #1-3 on your list are more complex scripted things I plan to do later, when I have time.

CTD's might be caused by the vanilla farm crash bug. I think Firaxis plans to fix it in the fall patch, though I haven't checked the news on it lately.

What other mods were you using? You can find problems in mods that cause CTDs in surprising places. Like the "Reduced Units Mod" caused me to CTD at certain parts of the game before it was updated for BNW and was repeatable, though I never figured out what exactly was the problem.
 
5. The Iroquois Mohawk Warrior has a :New Unit: promotion...? What does that mean. Seems redundant.
 
Not sure if this is a Vanilla bug as well - Zulu UU (Impi) unique promotions are lost when upgraded to Arquebusier.
3.2 beta.

The "new unit" promotion appears on all new units as a way to check if they're actually new or not. This is necessary because the game actually kills and respawns units which embark/disembark.

(Yes, you're cloning and mass-murdering your scouts when you send them across the ocean... like in The Swapper)

Thank you, that should be fixed in Cep v3.2.1. :thumbsup:
